Shipping policy
At Independent Reign our goal is to offer you the best shipping options no matter where you live. Every day, we ship our products to customers across the world, ensuring that we provide cost effective yet carefully packaged items for timely and safe delivery.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Production time: As a small business turning out handcrafted products the production time can range from 1 to 7 days depending on how many orders may be queued up ahead of yours. This time frame may be extended during peak holidays or an unpredictably high volume of incoming orders or wholesale orders. I often keep product parts 'prepped' in various stages of completion for fast turnaround and will do my best to accommodate rush orders or specific delivery deadlines (feel free to let me know if you need it quick! )
- Transit time: This refers to the time it takes for items to travel from our studio to the destination. All items are shipped via USPS typically packaged in tear-resistant and water-resistant white bubble mailers. Upgraded and expedited services may be available for an additional fee. Other providers (UPS and Fedex) may also be used upon request (fees to be determined.) Items 13oz or heavier (ie: tote bags) are typically shipped within the US via Priority Mail. Packages less than 13oz are shipped via First Class Mail. US delivery usually takes about 1 to 5 days depending on location/distance. International delivery usually takes about 7 to 21 days depending on location, distance, and customs processing.
