Shipping And Returns

STANDARD SHIPPING POLICY (United States)

Independent Reign offers FREE shipping on all items purchased on IndependentReign.com and shipping within the Unites States.  Items are typically shipped within 2 to 5 days of purchase depending on the current queue of pending orders.   Shipping upgrades and "rush" orders may be available for an additional fee.  Production times may vary during peak holiday seasons.  Please feel free to Contact Us with any special request or specific delivery deadline and we will do our best to accommodate it.   Items ship via USPS First Class (3 to 5 days transit) or USPS Priority (2 to 3 days transit) for most US destinations and USPS First Class International for destinations outside of the US.  Shipping method is based on item weight.  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

Items will typically ship within 2 to 5 days of purchase.  Shipping is via USPS First Class International (transit times vary).  Please refer to your current local import regulations between your country and the US.  Some countries may charge customs fees, duties, VAT, handling fees, etc; for US imports.  These fees must be paid by the recipient to retrieve your package and they are subject to change from time to time.   

 

STANDARD RETURN POLICY

If you are unhappy with your purchase it may be returned within 30 days of delivery date for a refund of the purchase price less packaging/shipping fees paid. Item must be in NEW, UN-used condition. Please contact us for return authorization number prior to returning any items.   

Please note that if you received "free shipping" on an item that is returned, the refund will be less the actual shipping/packaging cost incurred.
Shipping Upgrades and rush order fees are non-refundable.

NOTE: Items that are customized, altered or monogrammed are considered "Final Sale." All custom pillows are also Final Sale.

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY 

Independent Reign will accept returns on NEW/UN-USED items until January 10, for items purchased between November 20th through December 20th.

Custom, altered, and personalized items are not eligible for return. Shipping fees and expedited fees are non-refundable.
